A student’s username is the “first name.last name” (i.e., jane.doe), and for first-time users, the password is PassXXXX (XXXX is the last four digits of your Social Security number).  If you have a fairly common last name, you will need to choose the “Find Username?” link underneath the search box at my.sinclair.edu.  Follow the prompts to obtain your Sinclair username.  If you have your username but have forgotten your password, you will need to choose the “Forgot Password?” link underneath the search box.  If you feel you need assistance logging in, please contact the <a href="https://it.sinclair.edu/help-support/">HelpDesk</a>.
