Yes. All Sinclair parking lots will be open and access will remain as it normally is. 5th Street access to Lot D will remain open. Access to Lot C (conference center) and Lot B will also remain open, as well as the Health Sciences Center dental clinic parking.

However please plan accordingly, as drive time may be affected during high volume periods in the day as traffic goes to one lane on 4th and 5th Streets.

We recommended an alternate route to student and visitor parking in Lot A using the rear entrance on Mead Street.
