Question / Issue
I didn't receive my text alert even though I signed up. What do I do?

Answer / Solution

If you are not receiving the text alerts, yet are signed up, you can text nixle.clear to 888777 using the phone you signed up with. This will reset your subscription. You then need to sign up again up by following the instructions.

You can also manage your text alert subscriptions by making a Nixle account and editing your account settings with Nixle.
