Question / Issue
I'm graduating/transferring this or next semester. Is it still worthwhile to join?

Answer / Solution
Yes, there are a number of reasons why joining Phi Theta Kappa would still be advantageous. First, you'd be able to wear the Phi Theta Kappa graduation regalia and your membership would be noted during the convocation ceremony in May. Additionally, your honor society membership would be noted on your transcripts and your diploma (affixed with the Gold Seal). Just as important, you'd be able to let potential employers or transfer schools know of your association with Phi Theta Kappa. Most employers would look favorably upon your membership and there are a number of transfer scholarships available to Phi Theta Kappa members if your intention is to continue in your schooling. So in short, there are a lot of reasons why joining Nu Pi would still be a good idea.
